This week was interesting. Definitely a little more challenging as far as motivation goes and I was busier so I had to do some of my schoolwork out. I took it as it came though and it really wasn't bad. I need to work on having motivation after I finish my schoolwork though. I will do my schoolwork and everything but then I don't feel like practicing piano, working out, etc. I think part of that this week was getting to bed too late though and then waking up earlier.
This week the biggest thing that helped me was a you-tube video lesson on annotating text. I was really struggling with that prior to this video. I didn't know what was important and I wasn't sure what questions to ask as I read. Annotating Text Lesson

Next Week's Goals:
Bed at 9:30 - This sounds really early. (and some nights wont happen because I have activities and work.) I ,however, seem to need 9 or 10 hours of sleep a night in order to feel rested. I feel sick and I am super grumpy if I don't get enough sleep (im not the only one right??) Besides I have a hard time staying awake..
Practice Piano everyday for 30 minutes - I will set a timer and play til it goes off. 30 minutes it not that much time - I definitely have time for that.
Workout Every day- On the days I work - I "condition" with the girls I coach. Or after work I go and do Zumba or workout. On the other days I would like to workout in the afternoon. At this time in my life, morning workouts are not for me!
