Strawberry Smoothie


1/2 cup Quick Oats (optional)
3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries
5-7 Baby Carrots
1/4 a cup Fresh Blueberries
1/2-1 scoop Vanilla Protein
1 Handful of Ice


  1. Pour Quick  Oats in blender. Blend on highest setting until they are like a powder. 30-60 seconds. 
  2. Add Remaining ingredients in order listed above. Beginning with the yogurt. 
  3. Blend until everything is chopped and liquefied and pureed. 
  4. Serve! What is left over you can save in the fridge for the next day or freeze into popsicles! 

   You might be wondering about the carrots. PLEASE do not skip them! They add so much sweetness.
